The powerful 3D measuring machine provides you with full-surface measurement results for CAD comparison in the shortest possible time, visualizes possible deviations in shape and position and accelerates your production, maintenance and repair processes. Use the system to quickly capture specific measurement features and geometries, such as surface and edge points, holes or bores. Standardized and automated processes increase component throughput and reduce scrap. The ZEISS ScanBox systems of the Series 5 enable high process reliability in operation through trend analyses in real time. Changes within production can thus be identified quickly. The new, flexible user interface offers the user various ergonomic functions. A swivel arm integrated into the electronic control cabinet can be adjusted to the desired position, allowing the ZEISS ScanBox Series 5 to be operated while standing or sitting. ZEISS ScanBox Series 5 is developed for series measurement and is often used directly in the production environment. Measurement processes are automated and the reproducibility of 3D measurement data of identical components is ensured. You create the measuring programs for the inspection in the virtual measuring room (VMR) of the 3D Metrology software. The robot is fully controlled by the software and moves through the measuring positions one after the other. Changes to the data statuses from CAD or the inspection plan can be quickly updated using the software's parametrics. Operation during operation can be performed by workers.
