We are excited to invite you to participate in Robothon® – The Grand Challenge, which is set to make its third round appearance at automatica 2023. As you may already know, Robothon® is a global competition that brings together roboticists to create transferable physical robotics manipulation skills with their own robot platform towards pressing industrial challenges.

This year's challenge will focus on autonomously handling electronic waste, and we are inviting teams to develop hardware and software over a four-week period, working alongside our international community of developers, partners, and sponsors.

The competition is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in robotics and to work towards solving real-world problems. The event will culminate with the Award Ceremony as part of the high-tech platform munich_i at the automatica trade fair.
